  • Distinguishing Features to be retained ie. 1 or Both Apex Roofs, South Facade detail etc. 

  • Will consider Flat Roofed Block in Copper / Rust colour in Liue of 1 Apex Roofed Blocks. 

  • Developer Commitment to Grade A Finishes + Specification (External + Internal)

  • Contract Administration by Executive Architectural Firm assisted by Quantity Surveyor

  • Executive Firm with Demonstrable Record in realising High Quality Architecture

Brief note on Office Layout / Spec etc

 

The Office Buildings are circa 25m in width and based on a Structural Grid of 8x8m. The Overall length of the Buildings ranges from 80-88 metres. The Gross Floor area of each Building is circa 12-15,000 m2 depending on the number of Floor Levels. The Proposal offers Significant Efficiencies in terms of Construction Economics in that the 2 Building could be largely Identical. There are 2 Service Cores per Building. Rooftop Plant is intended to be concealed by Apex Structures which also offer Prestige Penthouse Office space.  The Proposal is suitable as an Office Campus for Multi Tenancy or for occupation by a Single Large Multinational.
