Project Backround

Townhouse Element of a Residential Development proposed for a Greenfield Site overlooking Rosses Sound, Rosses Point.  Local Planning Guidelines stipulated that the Development should reflect the neighbouring buildings 'fishing village character'. 

Project Description 

Four Townhouse Units with Private Enclosed Parking located Offstreet, as per requirements of Planning Authority. 

3 Luxury Units of > 2000 sq ft with Ground Floor comprising adaptable space for home office, bedroom or workshops. Living and Kitchen area at First floor level with Winter room and rear deck. Space for 3 further Bedrooms at 2nd Floor level.1 no. 2 Bedroom Townhouse Unit over Car Parking Area. 

Materials used were intended to be Vernacular - Natural Slate, Plaster, Random Rubble and Zinc Boxed Windows. Site sold Pre Construction.
