Assets / Creative IP. The Proposals are Speculative / Proactive in
nature and contain significant Design Intent and Potential for
Future Progression.
Several Proposals
were envisaged as above average contributors to the Urban Realm and
as Potential Economic Catalysts. The Term 'Archiassets' refers to
the Creative IP / Goodwill / Intangible Asset Value / Equity
Creation inherent in the Proposals. Value is
subjective.
Qualified
with a Bachelor of Architectural Sc. (Hons) from Trinity
College Dublin and a Diploma in Architecture from Dublin Institute
of Technology. Member of the RIAI (Royal Institute of Architects
Ireland) since 2010 and Registered Architect in accordance with
requirements of the BCA 2007.
12 years Employment as an
Architect with RIAI and AIA affiliated Practices Brian O Halloran
Architects and Project Managers, Hamilton Young Lawlor Ellison,
Morris Bray Architects and the Office of Public Works.
