Proposal for a Brownfield site in Kuta, Bali. The existing development on the site has been in a state of disrepair for > 15 years. The Proposal includes a Linear Green Landscape along part of Jalan Pantai Kuta. The Spaces and Buildings under and above the Landscaped Zone are intended to be mixed adaptable use. 

The Building Forms and Materials are intended to reference traditional Balinese Vernacular Architecture - Tiled / Virofiber roofs, extensive use of timber, clay brick, natural and cut stone. A potential variation on the Design may incorporate Smaller scaled Buildings and Terraced Curvilinear forms.
