Development of
circa 35,000 m2 comprising > 10,000 m2 Retail Space including
Anchor Tenant, Gym , Offices , Creche underground car parking and
190 Apartments over the complex. I worked on the design for the
interior of the Mall element.
Project
Description
The development was subject to a
value engineering clause with contracts ammended for this purpose
shortly after construction began. Finished Retail element is
constructed generally in line with design intentions with a number
of deviations.
Original materials proposed for
the Mall element included tiles to Walls at Ground floor level ,
Timber slatting at First floor level and powder coated aluminium
windows in liue of plasterboard finish and white
PVC.
