Brief note on Office Layout / Spec etc

 

Office Buildings circa 25m in width and based on a Structural Grid of 8x8m. The Overall length of the Buildings varies. The Gross Floor area of each Building is dependant on the number of Floor Levels. The Proposal offers Efficiencies in terms of Construction Economics in that the Buildings could be largely Identical with some variance.

Rooftop Plant is intended to be concealed by Apex Structures.  


The Proposal could be for an Office Campus with Multi Tenancy or for occupation by a Single Large Multinational. Buildings may be linked by Atria or by Glazed Bridge Structures.
